Ubiquituous highspeed mobile broadband coverage

Inequity with 5G rollout and cost arising from the high deployment costs of operating at higher frequencies and hence with small cells.  National 5G coverage has to be more than just urban hotspots and factory floor coverage – but must be affordable enough to extend into low-income areas.
